Yes! Our team is honored to serve clients both near and far from home and would love to be a part of your destination event. While we do spend a majority of our season in Kansas City, we are also currently working with several couples in Dallas and throughout the Midwest.
01. Is Madison Sanders Events available for travel?
If you wish to work alongside a wedding planner for the entirety of your planning, we recommend enlisting their help from the start. A wedding planner can be your greatest asset in providing strong venue and vendor recommendations as well as developing the perfect budget strategy to bring your vision to life. If you are interested in working as one of our Event Management clients, we recommend booking at least 6-8 months out from the event to ensure availability.
02. How far in advance should I book with Madison Sanders Events?
Our clientele averages a median budget of $75,000 with an average guest count of 200. While this does represent our average, we are honored to be a partner on events of all sizes.
03. What is the average Madison Sanders EventS Budget?
Nothing! Our initial consultation is always complimentary! We feel it is incredibly important to build a connection and trust the creative partners you hire as a part of your wedding day. During this consultation we like to get to know you and your fiancé and your vision for the event along with any initial inspirations that make your heart sing. We also use this time to talk through your planning needs and our processes to ensure we make a strong team.
04. What Should I expect to pay for an initial consultation?
We have found that in our experience, "Day-Of" does not represent the level of service we desire to offer to our clients. What does this mean? It is nearly impossible to jump into such an intricately planned day and promise to coordinate it with any sort of guarantee when we have not been a part of the process from an earlier point. Because of this, we have adopted and refined the process of Event Management to ensure that we are giving our clients the best service available, even when they wish to plan their wedding on their own.
05. DOES Madison Sanders Events OFfer DAY-OF Coordination?
Are you a design-savvy, hardworking, floral-loving, bow-tying, bag-stuffing, go-getting, event aficionado? We'd love to hear from you! While we do not have any positions open at the current time, we are happy to accept resumes and cover letters via email from those aspiring to join our tribe. Are you interested in gaining experience for college credit? We offer an internship in the Summer and Fall seasons for undergraduate Juniors and Seniors.
